MDOT is an extended purchasing program which allows Michigan cities, townships, villages, counties, school districts, universities, community colleges and nonprofit hospitals to use state contracts to buy goods and services.The advantages are not limited to actual dollar savings on goods. Indirect savings are also realized through elimination of administrative duplication.
