We’re very excited to announce that we have officially earned the title of “Platinum Support Dealer” from Thomas Built Buses!

Over the last several months we have gone through a series of training, organization, and physical changes to meet requirements set by Thomas Built Buses to receive this honorable title. We are very proud of our staff and “Change Management” team for all their hard work and dedication to achievement.

What is “Platinum Support” You Ask?

PLATINUM SUPPORT CERTIFICATION: A high performing group of Thomas Bus North America Dealers, delivering a premier customer service experience, in a consistent manner, at a good value, as experienced by the customer. In order for a bus dealer to be certified as a “Platinum Support Provider”, they must meet 123 individual criteria in 24 different areas, standards that are certified and audited by an independent third party.

How Does “Platinum Support” Benefit the Customer?

The concept of “Platinum Support” is to actually lower your vehicle life-cycle costs. The repair diagnosis process has been redefined and perfected so that we can make better evaluations of exactly what needs to be done to reduce repair time and increase the quality of work. Our goal is to get you back on the road as soon and as safely as possible.

A “Platinum Support Dealer” is one that has successfully implemented the right processes and team training to deliver a repair estimate and communicate a completion date to the customer within 24 hours of drop off. Our commitment to you is dedication to continuous improvement.
